Explanation: Please fill in the following company information form. All information you provide will be securely stored in the association's internal system and will not be publicly disclosed. Upon cancellation of membership, we will permanently delete company-related information in accordance with the data management policy.

Explanation:
1). Activity Schedule:
(The association activities are held twice a year, in June and December each year. This is because sufficient time needs to be reserved for arranging and planning the events. If the registration date of the members is before April 1st (based on Hong Kong time), they can participate in the activities in June. And so on: If you register as a member before October 1st, you can participate in the activities in December. However, as long as you have registered and paid the annual membership fee, we can ensure that you/your company can participate in the association's two activities each year.)

2). Conversion methods for membership types
If your company wants to upgrade from regular membership to premium membership, you must wait until the membership fee period ends, and then re-register as a premium member. The same process applies when upgrading from premium membership to regular membership.

3). Member's Rights and Benefits

Regular Member (VIP 1)
Receive association information, participate in public activities, and receive regular newsletters.
Two annual association events.

Premium Member (VIP 2)
In addition to the benefits of a regular member, can participate in association management, participate in elections and be elected, can have priority in participating in strategic projects, customized activities, and have the opportunity to communicate with senior management.

4. I understand that materials provided by the association are for members’ internal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or used with the association’s logo without authorization.

5. I agree that the association may collect and use my membership information for management and service purposes, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

6. I understand that cross-border transactions and payments carry risks, and the association is not responsible for members’ actions or third-party information.

7. By making payment, I agree to these terms and the association’s constitution, and accept that the association may update these terms from time to time.
